What is going to be the best way to be able to watch most/all games in the RLWC ?
BBC are showing Englands games but, may of the others are spread around different broadcasters, Premier Sports being one of the main ones and is there any way to legally hook into some of the Aussie TV stations ?

Channel 95 on Freeview or 427(I think, it's the one before Premier Sports) on Sky.

Premier player I believe will work wherever you are, on the premier sports website if you sign up.

Yep, you can sign up for monthly payment, then just cancel after one month. Certainly online anyway...

I was planning on watching the early morning games at a more reasonable hour through the premier sports on demand service, but I'm checking it now and the england v australia game, which finished about three hours ago, still isn't available to watch on demand.

I can't see any reason why premier sports wouldn't make these games available to watch on demand, but I'm getting a bit anxious now that they will only be available as they happen live.

I've sent a tweet to premier sports asking for clarification but no response...

They got back to me. Apparently programmes become available to watch on demand as soon as the content is repeated on Premier Sports. So each WC game will only become available once a repeat of the game has been shown on the channel.
I haven't bothered to look at the schedule to see when the games are repeated but it could be days/weeks after the games have been played. Not ideal really.

I don't think that was the case with the NRL (they were usually on demand about 1-2 hours after the game). the Tonga game is repeated at 4pm tomorrow according to the schedule

I have a 'laptop' sub to PS too, and normally I watch the NRL 'on demand', and seldom see anything live. But this morning I switched it on, saw the end of the NZ game, the first twenty minutes of the Fiji game, and then it died. No amount of restarting my laptop had any effect, and my internet connection was still good. So I too turned to the On Demand, only to find no RLWC listed at all (so far).

Not impressed!

They're crap. I'll just stick with the BBC highlights which to be honest, are pretty good.

Get the Premier Sports app. Sign up online for £9.99 a month and you can cast games to an Amazon Firestick, watch them online or just watch them on your phone.

I think you can then cancel your subscription if you don’t want to carry on at any time

Didn’t have any problems yesterday, although it died on my iPad at about 65 minutes this morning during the Ireland game. Had to watch the end of that on my phone.

Next two games were fine casting from phone to TV.

So all of Sunday's games are now on the 'on demand' service (a few hours after and the service I was hoping for) while the games on Saturday and Friday are nowhere to be seen. Strange and frustrating!

The Lebanon v England game is attracting a big crowd.
Ticket site says only 7% of tickets still available with 4 days to go.
Apparently most Sydney sports stores have sold out of Lebanon merchandise.
