| Obviously I'm a tad biased being a Leeds fan but stuff like that is why I watch Rugby League. No other sport comes close.

Wow, and that is praise coming from a bulls fan. Fair play.
Got to be honest, didn't see that coming at all after the first 40.

| highlighted the problem with SL, the best don't need to play for 80mins.
First 40 was terrible, as bad as it could be really, we should have been out of it.
2nd half, brilliant, would have troubled any side in the world. it was really pleasing to see, especially because it was a lot of points scored not on the back of winning penalties, or grinding through them but a lot of them were down to either individual quality, some technical and some physical, or some great team play.
That 2nd half from Watkins was as good as anything I have seen in SL. If that was a couple of weeks ago from any of the Aussies people would be highlighting it as why we lose, if it was some of the imports we have seen like Lyon it would be held up as why they are better than us. He looked a different animal to anyone else on the field.

To be fair I think Watkins was very good for the full 80 and is probably the only one who could hold his head up at halftime.

| Stunning attacking rugby in that second half and some of the very best I've seen. I wanted
Burrow to catch that ball after all those brilliant off loads as would have probably be entry of the season. As a Wire fan, we're going to have to be at the very top of our game to compete with that next week.

I'll think you'll find that happens in any sport, in any league, anywhere in the world.
How many games have Manchester Utd played well in this year??? Does that highlight a problem with the £5 billion premier league that a team has played poorly all year yet will are currently in a CL spot.

You're not being fair to our defence for the first 40. We could have been out of it had we not continued to defend.
Our attack only started in the second half though.

True. As poor as we were first half we tightened up after the 2nd Pryce try on 25 mins and they didn't get near our line afterwards. Most of the rest of that half was spent in there half with us throwing away possession. Remember thinking at halftime that only a 12 point gap represented a underwhelming deal for how dominate Hull had been.

I thought exactly the same. Shaul is one of the quickest in the comp and he left him for dead.

| Stick a fork in HullFC were done, one decent win against Huddersfield and a credible display against Wire and thats our 2015 season over. Crowd's confidence is on its knees, our squad is a mixture of average no-hopers and geriatric former stars.
I accept Leeds really turned it on in that 2nd half, but we've been mediocre for years and badly need an experienced coach to turn things around.

| I thought this season would be one to many for Leeds, based on that performance I was woefully wrong .
What a fantastic 2nd half from Leeds, from the young & the old.
I watched it on mute, listening to that seventies homage thingy, but as the half went on I found myself compelled to watch a near flawless display.
Leeds fans are so lucky to support a team of such quality, because it’s basically luck where you’re born right?, unless of course you’ve changed your allegiance along the way, which doesn’t have the same allure, because it’s basically second hand support, not the real thing.

To me you need an overhaul and have done for a while. You can't build a team around mental midgets like Westerman, Sneyd and Pryce and expect to compete over a season. Add in a big, strong, lazy set of props and a weak bench, and a 12 year old as a coach and it's recipe for complete mediocrity.

most of us has to endure the 80s and 90s before we experienced the high of the last decade, Leeds fans have more than paid their dues. Its a club built on the academy instead of imported success (with a few quality imports added in)

I think Hull's problem is that they've never really even tried to build a team. They've just signed players each season and hoped they'd do ok rather than investing in and building a team for the long term. Personally I think the biggest mistake they made was not to build a team around Richard Horne as captain 10+ years ago. He could've been Hull's Sinfield/O'Loughlin/Wellens/Briers

Don’t talk to me about endurance, I’ve had forty odd years of it, with a highlight of a C.C final on my Rugby League C.V.
Paid your dues, I’m practically bankrupt .

| I'd love to see how many missed tackles there were in that half.
The flapping of hands at tackles (when they got anywhere near the players because the gaps were so huge) was embarrassing. The gaps were idiotic. No attempt to wrap the ball. Leeds to abliterated us. It was like watching the Huddersfield play off game again.
Just how do you correct that?

Westerman didn’t miss, was it put on report, because it looked to have more malice than say, the Ah Van incident .

I agree there hasn't been a plan to build a team for a long long time. We are still reeling from Cooke walking out on us in 2007 and never replacing him properly!
that said to build a team you first need a competent coach, and we haven't actually had a proven head coach since McRae joined us via the Gateshead merger in 2000, since then we've only had assistants (Kear, Sharp, Agar, Gentle and now Radford)

People laughed when I tipped Hull to finish 3rd from bottom last year, to their credit they managed to prove me wrong by finishing 4th from bottom but the squad as a whole is barely SL standard.
Not sure why Radford was complaining about a short turnaround either, Saturday-Thursday is no different to Sunday-Friday which is something all clubs go through multiple times in a season. Also they'd just had two weeks off prior to the last game.
