In a sense, we will see the real fans. Actions speak louder than words. We've all said things we regret but if you support the club properly you stand by them.
Of course, this complete disaster could have all been averted if the crusaders were not rushed in before they were nearly ready. But condescending people knew better. No, they weren't full of foreigners here illegally and fit for super league. No, they weren't exaggerating their crowds. No, reservations about their owners were not grounded in good logic. We were just bitter.

He is justifiably angry at the club and the situation.

No argument on that chris, it just seems that his anger is pointed in the wrong direction.

Fair point
Quote A second application from a Wrexham-based club, Glyndŵr Chargers to play in Co-operative Championship One was withdrawn earlier today by the consortium involved because of the animosity towards their application from supporters of the Crusaders' application. '"

| On the plus side, if 'Crusaders' were admitted to Champ.1 with South Wales Skorpions already there, wouldn't it make for some decent North Wales Vs South Wales marketing ?
Maybe, to support the new venture, some of the SL clubs should considering loaning players out to Championship / C1 clubs to give them some better experience than the Reserve grade competitions ?
Personally, I like to see both Welsh clubs survive, which is actually good for the game in general and certainly opens far more areas up to both spread the game and for a pathway from the local leagues to a nearby professional club. Who knows what talent we could unearth ? This could be the first time in several generations that there are two Welsh based teams playing in the top flight RFL competitions ....
Just don't let them wither on the vine like South Wales, Bridgend or Cardiff Blue Dragons before them.

| Correct decision by the RFL. This is exactly what happened to Donny at the end of our one season in the top flight.
Welcome to the league of the damned! It's shaping up to have some long journeys on the away days next year.

| It will be interesting to see if the "new" club starts off in Championship 1 with a -9 point deduction!!!
Last season Whitehaven went in to administration and a few days later formed a "new" club Whitehaven RLFC (2010) Ltd and successfully applied for membership of the RFL. They were accepted and immediately docked 9 points. The old Whitehaven club has now been dissolved leaving around £300k in debts. I don't see any difference between what Haven did and what this new club is doing!!!!

| What is going bust if it is not the owners disolving the company. This is what leads to anybody going bust. They cannot carry in business due to poor finances and they choose to liquidate the company, which is EXACTLY what Crusaders did.

| Would be ridiculous to apply a points deduction. Unlike Crusaders mk2, Whitehaven, Widnes, Wakefield, Keighley, Blackpool, Gateshead (& probably more that I've forgotten about), Crusaders mk3 have effectively been demoted _two_ divisions. The other clubs all had administration-like events without a corresponding relegation.
