Think Batley will be hard to beat again, Widnes will be much stronger than last year and I reckon Barrow will struggle.

We'll be stronger, worst injury crisis I have seen in RL (17 out for one game) and some top class recruitment in some areas. I think Batley will not be a suprise package and MAY struggle as teams get at them. Barrow to have another slow start. Don't think Fev will be as impressive but they'll do alright. Toulouse players been together a while now so may have a good go at the 8.

Our teams far better than it was last year, can't see us outside the top 3. Widnes will bounce back, Fax and Fev still look strong, reckon it will be really tight and an even better year.

Wait for "because we are SL bound we will be or are everyones cup final" when they (Widnes) lose a few. I fully expect Leigh to lose a few early on. I know we have to play everyone at some point but have you seen our first 6 games and after 11 games we will already have played Fev, Barrow and Halifax twice!!

Their squad currently looks weaker than last season.

Still quite a bit of time for recruitment by all teams, isn't there.

Beware the City Knights. I look forward to engaging in threads with Wheels.

This season the Championship is set to be even more competitive than last year , it really is impossible to call , I fully expect the powers that be to put us all back together in one league after this season , or remove P and R from the Championships

Either way they'll bugger it up for us all again

Just leave us alone on the set up and playing side , just help us find more supporters and help us maximise our revenue streams

I reckon there will be some really good games this year, good crowds too hopefully.

Being honest it's true though and a lot of clubs say that themselves. With respect I don't think Leigh were the 3rd best team last season they had a great start and a very string season all credit but luck with injuries & loans played a part and though squad is strong I really don't see a title threat there. Last year had a lot of typical hard fighting Leigh wins in tough conditions but I can't see them having it that good again just yet, though you'll still be there or there abouts

I guess saying it easier & more positively would be overachieved!

Can't see Halifax finishing in 6th



On paper they should be top 3 easily.

3 Rd , that makes us the 3 rd best team , simple , even simple enough for you , one would hope

1st six games for Leigh are Featherstone, Barrow, Widnes, Halifax, Featherstone (again!), Barrow (again!)

I think after those first few matches we should have a decent idea of where we stand in comparison to the other 'top' teams in the division.

yes on table 3rd and fantastic but if you asked me to name best 3 teams in Chsmpionship 2010 you wouldn't be there IMO, that is all. Factually of course you were based on league table!
