10 out of the first choice 17 born outside the UK which IMO is shocking, to have more overseas players than Englishmen in the 17. Only two players who were brought through their academy too. This is up by 3 on the number they started this season with too. I know Salford are guilty of this too however they seem to be bringing through their own quality youth (Myler, Ratchford etc..) and also Crusaders though they are a newly formed club.

My question is, when does a club stop being 'just promoted and needing to have a few extra Aussies' to needing to do a whole lot better than they are.

I agree with what you say but am not too concearned. As the federation trained rules kick in the number for all clubs will eventually be reduced to 5. Any player trained outside the federation who was in SL before the rule was implimented is excempt and classed as federation trained but it wont be long before such players have retired.

Did you say the same last year when you signed Fitzgibbon or O'mealy. We all need foreigners in our teams and we will all sign more in the future. Wigan got slated for signing 3 Melbourne players when we were releasing 4 foreigners to accomodate them. In the past most SL teams have had too many overseas players but as i said previously it wont be long before each team only has 5 unless of course we start signing them at 18.

No, because Fitzgibbon and O'Meley took our overseas players to 6 which is pretty much average for SL unlike the 10 Hull KR have or Salford.

Mason's a decent player and so are Galea and Newton. Dobson's your best player and no one has heard of Green so I won't comment on him however Clinton is average, Lovergrove is average, Fisher is way below average, Websters been average for you, Vella is shot,
