What will they be expecting in this new stadium??

Hull and Warrington achieved about a 40% increase when they moved, so this would take Salford's gate last night to the dizzy heights of 3700ish, still nowhere near good enough for a top division side.

Give their franchise to someone who would use it properly. For example Parma Dynamos or San Antonio Marauders.

Probably a few more fans than what you took to Hudds last week, It must be a worrying time when the mighty KR can only muster 200 fans against a normally 20,000 strong following of the pride of east Hull

I'm hoping that with a half decent side and a new stadium they will get regular crowds of around 10k, saying that I always try and be as positive as possible. Fingers crossed for them.

I didn't realise Leeds' crowds were so good this year. How many of those teams are capable of averaging over 10k?

Depends what you mean, if you get a multi millionaire to pump money into the clubs most of them.

I'd probably agree with you 'if' they get a huge backer (that would be nice). How many can progress into 10k clubs? 5 are there already. Bradford, Huddersfield, Catalans could. I think Salfords crowds will improve a lot when they move. What's Hull KRs prospects for the future? Wakey's a huge place so i'd say they have a chance. Then Cas, Crusaders and Quins. I'm a bit dubious about these. I'd love them to be able to do it.

All those averaging around 8k now should be quite capable of upping that to 10k within a few years as long as the stadiums are sufficient.

? None of those currently averaging 8k have new stadiums in the pipeline.

I thought Bradford were getting a big redevelopment though? Huddersfield are in a great stadium, I don't know about KR's plans though.

When you say 'won't help [you out', does that include the time when they offered you use of th KC?

There are 52 miles between Cas and the nearest SL club to the East - with the new stadium earmarked to be on the junction of the M1, A1 and M62, Cas is arguably the easiest team for people as far north as Gateshead and as south as Doncaster (after / if they move to their new stadium) to get to, and challenging with Hull FC/KR for fans to the east, and with Wakefield for fans in the city.

The ability to attract fans is not limited to the size of your locale.

thats saying to saints or wigan do you want to use the dw or what ever saints call there ground thats why and besides we did offer a super stadium when caddick wanted to own us and hull council turned it down

Wigan 15423 - They are planning for avg 20k in next few seasons!!
Leeds 15064 - Can and should be able to get better I'd say. Are there any plans to rebuild South Stand?
Hull FC 13084 - Plans to expand stadium, a really good core support, could be breaking the 15k mark soon
St. Helens 11515 - In new stadium you would think they should be able to push the 15k mark
Warrington 10880 - plans to expand to 18k over next few years (then 22k, I think) Good ticket pricing and continued success will see success there
Bradford 8919 - Will they see those terrific crowds they used to pull again?
Hull KR 8159 - Aren't there plans for expansion? Would imagine with redevelopment 10k is a poss
Huddersfield 8066 - Great stadium and done really well to increase attendances thus far,dunno about further increase
Catalans 6868 - Down because of building work,but would have thought 10k is within reach
Castleford 6423 - Lower than usual, with new stadium can see Cas breaking the 10k avg
Wakefield 6158 - Belle Vue is what holds Trin back, would have thought we can break the 10k mark soon after moving in
Crusaders 5610 - Lots of potential, here's hoping!
Salford 4200 - be a few year off getting 10k,but with new stadium should be doable given time
Harlequins 3358 - well...

With the East stand extension and a decent North stand, a succesful HKR will draw over 10k imo.
