Looking at some of the superleague fixtures for the next 3 months, just noticed that Leeds have a very tough fixture program after next week. Given that they were given some "comfortable" games leading up to the WCC and straight after, it seems they will be under more pressure to try and climb up the league, I can see them losing quite a few games over this tough period.
Do you think they will miss out on the top 4 this season.

IMO NO. They can and will make the top 4. This season will be the toughest yet but with the clientel we have, there is no reason why we shouldn't be there. We can make all the excuses in the world why we're playing poor at the moment but the resposability lies with the coach and ultimately the players. If we don't start getting the basics right then we can't do the flashy stuff right.

Will be the top three imo, most likely in that order.

Hull and Huddersfield will fight it out for 4th, with Saints 6th.

Thats my opinion anyway based on what we've seen so far.

Don't think many would argue with that one, based on the performances so far.

Bluey will be the next Harlequins coach.

but in reality they will probably finish in the top 2. the fact is that in order to prevent this all the other teams will have to find the consistent performances for the full season.

the league is probably the most wide open ever, but leeds and saints will still be difficult to get above come the end of the season.

Bit early to write them off, but they've picked up some fairly long term injuries which is affecting them at the moment. They can't afford to drop too many games this early on in the year.

They will be top 2. I'll hit myself with a brick if they don't...

There have been a lot of rumblings of discontent at Leeds recently. Despite winning the Grand Final last season a lot of their players moaned on about having to sacrifice money for the cause of keeping the squad together. That kind of situation is always going to collapse eventually as people naturally put money above glory once they've experienced it.

The WCC winning bonus was discussed publicly by the players at Leeds as well, they clearly saw that game as being important enough to win. Jamie Peacock, their captain, has also done an incredible amount of moaning and complaining about the volume of meaningless regular season matches he has to lower himself to be involved with. It's fair to say he has a bee in his bonnet about that and I doubt they've been going all out for the win like a few teams have this early in the season. They have the experience to know that you don't win SL in March. Wigan and Warrington fans are absolutely cockahoop about their sides performances, their brilliant, outstanding performances and their amazing, incredible new coaches. If results went against them next weekend (I'm not suggesting they will), both could be level with St Helens (Being booed by their own fans and a spent force) with only 1 game lead over Leeds, so it's far too early to start drawing lines under the teams in the top 4 spots. The likes of Warrington and Wigan won't win a thing if they keep up the intensity and effort they've shown so far all season. It's not physically possible and Leeds are masters are timing their run to OT.

I think losing that game and Sinfield's solidity for a few weeks, aligned to their other injuries just means they are not firing on all cylinders. I still expect them to finish in the top 2. They are a side capable of winning 10 games on the bounce and there aren't many of those in Super League.

They will finish in the top 4 but not top. Top spot is nailed on for Hull fc if you listen to their fans.

Hardly and frankly I'm not sure what threads you've been reading on our board but I doubt you'll find that many folks suggesting we'll finish top.

Yes,,Leeds will be thereabouts....It*s early in the season and we all know how Leeds seem to kick on later in the season..But @ the mo it*s one of the best Superleagues ever,.Getting increasing harder to predict.I for one would like the grand final to be between 2 teams that are new to going there...and we have been saying for some time now that it was getting easy to say who was going to OT and was getting a bit boring....so let*s enjoy and keep guessing....

Based on the only game they've seemed up for, the WCC, when they stood toe to toe with the worlds best for most of it. And (unfortunately) they will find their feet soon enough

Leeds will defo make the top four, very surprised if they don't.

Many teams will crash at Huddersfield, and they played Wakey when they were flying.

Cas was a poor result, but these things happen.

Leeds have shown enough to say they'll be there or thereabouts come the seasons end.

Wigan, Wire, Hull, Hudds etc might all be going well, but let's not forget that Saints and Leeds know what it is to still be punching come September / October. More than one of these sides will have faded away well before then.

Both Saints and Leeds will still be well in the mix in the latter stages of the play offs, if not the final.
