Stephen Kearney was worse in the play-offs in 2005, where he did about 5 high tackles on a Bradford player(Deacon?) in the first 10 minutes and got sent off.

I don't understand why they don't help him out. He's made very few decisions on his own, preferring to rely on the input of the touchies.

Why aren't they talking into his ear from upstairs though? The hair pulling against Long was as blatant as it comes, Burgess grabs a hand full and yanks him down with it. How does the referee miss it?

Then to top it off after a lobsided penalty count he has the cheek to give Wellens a final warning for waving an arm at an official.

Four games. He'd miss the Grand Final. But the RFL don't have the brass ones to do that.

If he's given Wellens a warning for that, then Burrow, Webb, Sinfield, Smith & McGuire should have warnings nearly every match. Scratch, nearly every decision that goes against Leeds.
