Damn. Was hoping for a home tie for any chance to progress. Need some players to come back from injury to have any chance of progressing. We did it in our Wembley year in the Quater finals. Hopefully history will repeat.

Guessing Hull Vs Catalan and the Derby, Wire Widnes game will be on the BBC.

I’d go for Hull, Warrington & Huddersfield in the semi’s, as I say, no idea regarding the Wigan tie.

I'm thinking Cheshire derby and Wigan for tv seen as we have have already been on and the Huddersfield game wont exactly be the best quality.
In terms of progression I am going to say Wigan, Warrington, hull and Wakefield so will probably have at least a more interesting final than saints or Leeds.

Catalans in place of Hull will make possible a more interesting final. If the final would be Wigan vs Catalans, then Wembley would be full to the rafters with Yorkshire residents wishing to see Catalans win a piece of the pie.

Wigan will bring 25,000 vociferous fans, and they and the very fussed St Helens, Warrington and Yorkshire fans, along with the 3-5,000 French fans who can afford the trip, will make one hell of a great atmosphere at Wembley. I would imagine that it would create one of the most noisy and jovial crowds ever assembled at Wembley.

Yes it would. I was in attendance at Wembley in 2007, when the Catalans Dragons brought a record crowd to the New Wembley --- the biggest rugby league crowd ever seen at the New Wembley.
That was before Catalans had become the powerhouse team that they are now.

People will flock to Wembley to see David Taylor, Todd Carney, Anthony Gigot and Eloi Pelissier performing at the heights of rugby league excellence.

I was there too as a neutral (it's 45 mins by car to Wembley for me) and can tell you the Catalans fans in attendance did not 'bring' a record number.
Fans generally turn out for the final, the only reason there was a big attendance and indeed by the club wembley dwbenture hokders is because it was the first final since the new wembley had being finished.
Catalans in the final would be a disastrous situation IMHO.

Yes that's how i saw it too. 1st time at the new Wembley and people were eager to see the final there. The neutrals have been dropping off ever since,if Catalans get there this year the attendance won't have anything to do with them,more to do with who they may be playing.
