Genuine question here. Does anyone know what's actually wrong with Gildart or how long he is expected to be unfit for?

By my reckoning, he left the pitch during that international match about 9 months ago.

Shoulder reconstruction - around 4 weeks apparently.

Problem was he could rehab properly during the lockdown so had a set back. Best to give him time to get it right.

Definitely don't want him setting of for Oz with any niggles...

On a serious note, there's no need to rush him back, this season still has a long way to run.

Off to the NRL next year - he's got multiple (good) offers and now just deciding which one to take.
