Sole source of income. The owner is a billionaire for god sake. If he really values being in Superleague the income is pocket change to him. The owner isn’t no Koukash boasting about money but it’s well documented this guy has plenty to help his team if need be.

It's a strange situation that, because they are based in England, they cant sign Canadian players (due to work permits) and now, when they actually want to play in Canada, the English / Aussie players - which is all of them) cant enter the country ??
It's a bizarre situation, made even more bizarre with the current Coronavirus situation.

Mind you, I dont think that it will just be Toronto that are unable to play their games in April - this thing has got a long time to run.
All clubs are in peril, not just Toronto.

Surely all those “fans” back home would be able to help out financially ? Buying merch and what not.

All these conditions and restrictions will ultimately make the Toronto Wolfpack or any other North American side's position in the English game become untenable.
oh how i wish all the effort and finance could have been invested in the game over here.
