Makes total sense. Roberts has not been at his best for a couple of seasons. He will obviously want game time. We currently have four forwards on the bench so he is well down the pecking order. If we pick up injuries we also have Walne Wilson Trout Butler Kirby and Hewitt who are not making the starting 17 so plenty of cover in the forwards.

Excellent decision, he's been off form for a year or two now so makes sense him getting game time at super league level rather than championship or reserves, plus if there paying him its money off our cap too.
great decision by the club they really are upping there game this year.
