Samuel Kasiano will breach the defnces of any Super League team. He is bigger and better than the best forwards of St Helens and Warrington. Expect Catalans to start racking up big scores once Samuel is match fit.

Playing for Melbourne last year he was the leanest I had ever seen him after losing numerous kilos and prompting observations that he was a better player previously, as he was nowhere near as effective at the lower weight. Will be interesting to see if he plays at a heavier weight with Catalans.

Exactly this. Kasiano is one of those rare beauties who play their best rugby whilst fat. Greg Eastwood and George Rose were another couple.

And whilst he may be a tubby one, he always knocked out decent minutes at the Bulldogs. If he can get anywhere near back to his best, he'll be an absolute beast in SL. Great signing.
