I assume that Catalans and London (Harlequins RL as they would have been) must have been the bottom 2 at the time when that table was correct as Crusaders were only in SL during the licenced period when SL had 14 teams and that table only shows 12 teams. Crusaders and Salford being granted licenses as teams 13 and 14 after contesting the Championship GF IIRC.
