| Hull v Widnes 1981-82 replay at Elland Road.
I don't miss the old Wembley, it was a dump, nor do I like the new soulless stadium.

| 1999 Vs Leeds, must of been around 7 but I still remember quite a bit about the game.

| 1973 Featherstone v Bradford. Massive disappointment for me as Bradford never got going after an impressive run to the final. As an 11 year old I was almost awestruck with the old Wembley.
Although I went to a few other finals in between, the next time Bradford got there in 1996 I was unimpressed with the cramped, urine-smelling obsolete facilities (and Nathan Graham's catching ability)!

| 1973 Fev v Bradford. I went on to work down t'pit and over the years ended up getting to know half the Fev team from that day and a couple of the Bradford lads too. Also worked with some of the 1983 winning Fev team and loads of other players from those days.

| Despite the 30-8 scoreline that favoured St Helens, the magnificent try scored by Catalans winger Younes Khattabi in 2007 will go down in the annals of history as the first ever scored at Wembley by a Muslim and an Arab. Moreover it was played in front of a magnificent crowd of 84,241, in bright sunshine. The event was overwhelming in its significance.
