Even looking at it from Sky's perspective I don't see the logic behind this online only match. Surely they want viewing figures to get more money from advertisers, and surely a live match would get more viewers than a repeat of something.
The commentary does given an awful impression of the sport, especially the addition of awful, inarticulate pundits Barrie and Terry to almost every SL match. I tend to enjoy games far more when Brian Carney is on commentary rather than McDermott/O'Connor, and I'm pretty sure it's not a coincidence.
