| Anyone know what parking is like for this game, just had a look at the website and it states that you have to prebook on site parking and in traditional fashion no one answers the number on there.
Is it easy to park in the area, any suggestions from anyone who knows the area?

| Don't know the area what so ever, but we're driving to Gateshead and parking at the park & ride at Heworth and getting the metro in. Well that's the plan anyway.

It will be significantly cheaper to park outside the city centre and get the metro in depending on how close you need to be to your car.
www.newcastle.gov.uk/parking-roa ... k-and-ride
If you do park and ride you can either get off the metro at St James, however not all trains go there. If you get off at either Hay Market or Monument you'll be in the heart of the city and its a 5-10 minute walk to the ground(which in my opinion is much better for soaking up the atmosphere and our beautiful city).
Typically its £1.80+ per hour in the city centre.
If you really need to have your car nearby there is parking off Strawbery Place behind the Strawbery pub.
