This is mental. Isn't there a clutch of clubs in a league on the East Coast of USA? Philly, Providence, Boston etc. Might be a bit lower standard than they want however.
If there are people who can make this viable and don't mind throwing money at it (lots of money), I'm for it.

We need long term plans, long term goals, France need to start moving ar*e and push through a Toulouse or an Avignon that are on par with Catalans.
