Which I'm pretty sure is all related.

Whoever has said that you can't cancel and get your money back is just quoting policy. Policy can easily be changed, it just needs the right person to say so.

Thanks for the ideas and I followed them up to get an immediate response ans a promise in 2 emails from 2 parties that it should get resolved.

It dont help when others who you thought might help keep bugging you wanting to know if your lad as been cleared to play yet! Sometimes I dispair at the mindset of under 12 rugby

Glad you're getting it resolved. Leeds are quite bad for people on the frontline quoting the party line but actually if you go a step higher up there's often someone willing to help find a solution in some fashion.

As for the mindset at u12's rugby, I know exactly what you mean! Depressing ain't it.
