"Only a cure will do" is the slogan we are using for our latest challenge for the Steve Prescott Foundation ( SPF )
Steve recently spent 3 weeks in the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford, he is now back home with his family after having "stents" removed from his stomach. Due to his battles lately, Steve is unable to take part in this years challenge, but he can rest assured that 13 other individuals have picked up the baton and will continue to raise funds for the SPF .
I and 12 others are climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, we depart on the 27th August and commence our trek on the morning of the 29th of August. We have only
5 days to reach the summit and get back down. We will be climbing to 6000 meter's, a height none of us has been to before.
If you would be interested in supporting the trek and help us raise the much needed funds to continue the fight against cancer, and also support the rugby league benevolent fund, then please do drop me a direct message, or an email, or you can donate via the justgiving link here :

I will also be partaking in the "walk to the grand final" in October. The walk is a fantastic event, get to meet lots of RL Fans over the walk, plenty of banter and laughs and stories.
If you can offer any support, please do back the challenge, spread the word to family & friends . If your business would like to sponsor the challenge then great.
Thanks for reading and thanks for supporting the SPF .
