1. I didn't say a word about media exposure. I said it shows he has no class. As it goes the column inches he generates aren't a terrible thing. But as I said in my last point, I'd much rather it be the RL people making the headlines, not the money men.
2. Chelsea pulled all sorts of dirty tricks. Mikel I think was the worst. But throughout it all Aramovich sat pretty quiet on the sidelines. I don't remember him making his yacht after a player he was about to sign. I'd compare Koucash more with Real Madrid acting like dicks putting Bale shirts on sale before they completed the deal.
3. You're right, you don't get the money without the man. But in this case the man is a weapon.
On Matty Smith and Moon. Both ty affairs. But did you hear a peep out of the money men? Nothing. A leak can be plausibly denied. Perhaps it was Moon engineering a deal. Only one bloke named that horse.
There are plusses to him being in the sport. His money at Cas and Wakey and wherever else is great needed. But I stick but my original point: He isn't liked because he is a classless weapon.
Quote="Madderzahatter"The RFL should have asked this guy to buy London. If those players he signed for Salford would have signed for Broncos that would have been awesome for the game down south. But people would have still found a reason to whinge...'"
well when you think about it, him buying the Broncos would've been a good marketing angle
