You didn't miss much, I'd skip the Friday and Sunday games from last week

Yeah I did mean to add "you'll need a decent connection" - sorry bud but thats the prob with proxy connections; its basically a connection through a connection so if yours is slow then it's a bit buggered (and even if yours is good you're bottlenecked by the proxy). Sorry about that! There are other proxies you can use but non-free, or alternatively you can proxy it yourself if you have a computer in the right location and can VPN into it (can't comment on the legalities of any of this of course).
All a bit convoluted I know but licensing laws vs location etc mean you're kinda stuck with that if you want to view over Internet in that way I'm afraid. Might be easier to get someone to "save" it and email/Dropbox it...

Im not that samilar with expatshield but have used similar ones and a combination of being in the usa and routing through a uk proxy wont help
