its gonna cost between 13 and 20 million to build a new stadium how are cas and wakey gonna individually afford to do this? the answer is they are'nt, so they just drag people along and lie about the plans.

I find that hard to believe as to change the deal would probably need fresh 'approval' from the finance/spending committee. Given WMDC have to find £22m worth of cuts fairly quickly it's more likely that the whole deal would be withdrawn.
