Do you know how the Monday night games will be presented? I would guess that it will be a 7.30pm or 7.45pm start for an 8pm kick off, but with the highlights show on Sunday in HD, is there a chance that Sky might do something similar to MNF on Sky with John Wells and Carney presenting? Bit hopeful I know, and I would guess that although the Sun show (to be presented by Bill Arthur) is down for HD, the non-Sky game highlights won't be.
I'm guessing Bill Arthur, Angela Powers and Barry McDermott will lose most from the lack of non-Super League coverage. Rod Studd appears to be full-time darts.
Hemmings, Stephenson, Clarke, McRae, Wells, Carney, O'Connor, McDermott, Powers, Studd, Arthur plus guest is a very big team for 2 games and 4 one-hour programmes
Boots 'n' All last night I thought wasn't too bad. I stopped watching it last year as it was same old rubbish being spewed out.
I'm really glad they done away with the Paul Cullen part as it was the same every wek last year. I was interested in the margin meter and am now a little clearer on this. Shame that there wasn't a season preview as this could have been explained there.
Stevo was his usual self and so was Eddie reads the autocue and completely comes across as completely false. But I also thought that Brian Carney is really good and could be the future of Sky coverage once Eddie buggers off.
