RL is becoming a member of the CCGF, but Cat 3 membership does not mean a presence at the Games.

Given Rl is';t played at either 7's or 9's (Aside from the York 9's I don;t think there is any significant comp in any country that features 7's or 9's format) why should they include it?
Bring back the pre season World 9's (or 7's) and we might have a case.
