As of next season the Championship will have only 4 clubs in it capable of mustering a crowd above 2,000 , and all of those could potentially struggle to achieve many of them , as that might only happen when they play each other

ironic thing is regarding TO13 their crowds will increase in the LER - lots of the LER games will attract 1000 plus with many of them involving Limoux ,Carcassonne,FCL,UTC & TO13 getting a few thousand.Some will get around 5000 ish.The general quality is improving with better coaching techniques and a successful Catalans club.The future down here is positive and I can't wait for the new season to get under way.More games are being shown on Orange tv with decent radio coverage from radio Milette.

I pray for the day we have a strong domestic french league,hopefully sooner rather than later.

your prayers are answered ! the french league is healthy with strong teams and a few weaker teams just like the C/C1 but at a level somewhere between the two - crowds do turn out to see their teams and TO13 will be the better for it,there should be some more cracking fixtures this coming season - as I said the general level of LER in all divisions is improving and will continue to do so with the help of overseas imports many of whom are considered 'french' under residency/playing time rules ie Nathan Wynn & Brendan Worth etc.

do the RFL help ? - do they b*****y !!!!!! they are far too busy wasting money in North Wales.....
