Dont know if Brimingham is the right place but I think there should definitley be some team from the Midlands in the Champlionship with the hope of developing them into a Super League Franchise in later years.
"Gateshead" are one of the few success stories of Superleague. Top half of the table first season and then [size=150=#FF0000a successful relocation to the best stadium in the league[/size. They are now one of the best supported teams in the league and one of only a few to play in a grand final.
Gateshead is actually proof that a well run and flexible organization can make Rugby League work rather than the usual idiots that run our game. Unless I am miss understanding you post and you infact are trying to say the Birmingham Centurians may work?
