there is an under-21s one but the chairman claims he is a first team international. To be fair still playing there is a lot of players who have claimed a full cap but obviously it's not going to be a player in contention for the rugby union world cup. Lee Byrne the welsh full back played for the Bridgend Blue Bulls so it's not all crazy.
