During the game on Friday there were two times when players were being pushed into touch and offloaded. The Saints example you cite had the Saints player just flinging the ball straight into the Leeds tackler - the ball bounced into touch. Ryan Hall was also been driven into touch, but right before the touchline he managed to put a perfect offload straight into the arms of a supporting Leeds player.
If you want to keep the ball, offload properly to your own player. Don't expect the RFL to come out with your nonsense of rewarding blind flinging of the ball into tacklers.
