Not sure who gets my vote to be honest. I just don't want it to be Sinfield. That will mean we will end up playing him at 6 untill his international career is up and he just isn't good enough there at international level.

Has to be picked from the players who will be on the team sheet without question....

They are the only 5 you can be sure will start for England if fit. Hall could also be added to the list but it seems a bit pointless having a winger as your captain. Ellis would be my favourite to be honest. Bags of experience, played in the NRL, coming back to super league.

Graham could be a reasonable shout, just not able to be selected for pointless midseason jollies.

I don't think he is 'certain' to be first choice in the 13 either. He would be better off the bench for me. Not captain material.

Tomkins is the future captain but making him captain now would bring too much attention on him.

Why is that a daft comment? My opinion is that he would be better playing from the bench. He could give us impact.

He has proved himself to be a bit of a cry baby anyway.

Just look at the last 30 seconds of the 2010 GF. Jammer is having a paddy and standing in the centres while Wilkin, Wellens and Roby are still giving it everything they have untill the game is over. He certainly doesn't have the right mindset to be a captain.
