The problem being that Julie Stott knows nothing about the refereeing system and just wrote an article to get people criticizing another ref...

On a more serious note, and despite the fact that I wouldn't normally trust a word I read in the gutterpress, I do wonder just exactly what Cummings role is.

If it's primarily to maintain consistency then he's making a pretty bad fist of it.
