May I suggest for all of those who have paid under the sixty pounds for membership that they use the saved money in order to join the Bullbuilder scheme. A fantastic and very worthwhile membership to have that will only help and serve the club for many years to come.

I was down at Osdal earlier today to pay for my season ticket and it was clear how busy it has been throughout the week! Exciting times!

I know three people who didn't pledge and have since been to Odsal and paid £60 for a season pass so I really do think we'll be playing in front of some massive crowds at Odsal next season.

It's all looking good for the new main sponsor, with the ground going to be full.

Well the T&A today says we've sold over 3500 already and the club has had to take on more staff to deal with the demand.

All in all I think we're in for an interesting season

tbh I can't see how he can say that for sure until after the nov 12th deadline, when they can correlate all the tickets sold with pledges made and see if anyone who pledged didnt buy a ticket.

Going through Drig used to be a good way of bypassing the bypass when the bypass was jammed with traffic trying to get off the end of it at the M62 junction...

Drig - has a BD postcode IIRC, is in Kirklees Met area and everyone I've met from there reckons it's in Leeds.

Where you live in SE Bradford is determined by your phone area code, so Drig is actually in Leeds as it is 0113, whereas NE Bradford goes on post code so Ilkley is in Leeds as it is LS29.

Dream on.

Drig is in the Leeds council area but has a BD postcode.
The whole business of council areas, post codes and phone numbers are a minefield.
Shelf is in Calderdale but has a Bradford phone code.
Ilkley has a Leeds postcode but is in Bradford.
Tyersal is in Bradford, apart from the estate which is over the border in Pudsey but all of it has a BD postcode. Great swathes of the western bits of North Yorks have Lancs postcodes.
Todmorden is part of Calderdale but has a lancs postcode, as does the next village further along the road towards lancs.
The Blue Pig pub in Fagley is in Bradford but the extension built on for the toilet is partly in Leeds. Does that mean that Leeds is taking the P...out of Bradford??
