Some good looking stuff here guys and girls. Take a look all those that have been dissing the Club about the stock.

With a Fans Forum next wednesday, this could be the opportunity for those upset at the lack of stock to get some answers perhaps?

Just been to Odsal to invest in 2 x " Basic Black" 5 year season tickets and popped into the shop. What a change since I went about a month ago; lots of new gear, very eye catching stuff. Some of the items they've got are not on the Bulls Website (eg new design Beanie Hats) so its essential that you visit to look around ; the very friendly manager will be happy to help you to choose what you need I am sure.

think the club might just be leading people on. just phoned to get an update on the away shirts and i have now been told it will be at least april even though i got told it would be 6 weeks, which was about 4 weeks ago

i still havent got a reply so it could be that they are getting that many e-mails about it they arent replying to everyone.

Again, my I suggest someone ask at next week's Members Forum? Can't dodge the question there.

The club had to place the initial order in JULY. Pre-pledge. had to base on LAST year uptake cos at that stage nothing else to base on, no pledge in mind and internal changes were anyway only just in progress. They had to commit to quantity tehn even though design not agreed.

I gather it was all pretty well as I suggested, otehr than the deadline was even earlier than I thought.

Why no ladies' shirts this year? Last year they sold a couple of DOZEN. Ordered 200 and were left with nearly all to job off at end of season for £10.

Think we can put this one to bed now?

Was in the shop today - have full range of home shirts but no "normal" sizes of the away shirt. They are due in on 15th April. As outlined above, they ordered more stock before Christmas, they are waiting on Kooga.
They have sold 8000 away shirts though! Impressive.

I actually think it is quite good business, I ended up buying some hoodies and stuff, so will still be going back for shirts when they have them.

So in fact my £15 Crusaders ticket ended up costing me well over £100!


Knew I should have left the kids at home...

Oh and more t-shirts and other bits in next week, including a new purple ladies hoodie!

8000 away kits sold

be interesting to know how many away shirts we sold last year as a comparison, allowing for fact that the 8000 figure wont be final one for this year anyway as there waiting for fresh stock. Wouldnt be too surprised if we only sold around 8k total for last year, hence them ordering 8k as initial order this year.

Imagine how many we'd have sold of the green, yellow and purple classic.

Surely that can't be right? 8k seems a hell of a lot, we only around that amount coming to games last year.

Must admit I can't see that being right. Especially since Stuart told me they had to order the shirts in July, before the pledge had been laid let alone hatched and fledged.

Its been my impression that away shirt is more popular this year. Certainly seem to see it in street more often on non match day than home one. Think it may be case that people tend to only buy home shirt when they particularly like it and dont mind sticking with previous years home shirts, especially when they tend to be similar. Away shirt is usually fairly markedly different each year so maybe people feel more inclined to buy it.

I'd still be amazed if we've actually sold 8k of them though. Just doesn't quite ring true to me..

I know the feeling as I was in last month and ended up spending £120+ on polo and training shirts, hats, scarfs and keyrings, dvds etc.

does seem a bit on high side. I wonder if that figure is total shirts sold (home and away). I'd find that figure a lot more believeable.

One of the paramedics I'm friends with got a shirt for free earlier this week after a mistake on his season card left him looking amously for his seat on Sunday.

Good customer service from the club IMO.

Maybe she said 8000 in total, but I don't think so, I am sure she said 8000 away shirts?

She also said the most they have ever sold before is round about 5000.
