The team is that bad. No many of them will
stay in super league. The best ones were picked off at start of season.

Super league is going from 14 to 12 teams, so not all of these players are guaranteed super league rugby next season. They are not playing like they are fighting for their super league lives. Such an abject lack of desire and determination.

Mistakes happen, of course. But you can tell when a team is not putting in 100%, and bradford are not.

There is alot of players that will be fine in terms of their careers, regardless of whether bradford go down, and this has created a group as a whole that don't care.

Many of these players will be in super league next season putting in better performances. They are letting bradford down massively.

Purtell has been great for us all season in centre and second row . The prop is kafusi on loan from far town

Purtell's defence in the centres has been shocking today. He misses Oldfield for the second try and doesn't get within a yard of Pomeroy for the first try of the 2nd half.

I agree. I feel like due to the off the field circumstances the players have been molly coddled.

Someone needs to lay down the law. Someone with some authority needs to sit them down and tell them they are no great shakes and that they aren't just playing for the survival of the bradford bulls, they are playing for their survival as professionals. That it's not just the bulls super league status that will be lost, but their super league pay cheques and their very survival as professional RL players. That if they don't start exerting every bead of sweat into every training session, every drive, every tackle they will sink like the titanic with no way back.

There can be no more excuses. People have achieved things against tremendous odds throughout human history with their own determination and never say die attitude. Nothing worth achieving was ever done without having to overcome obstacles.

Did you watch the same game? Purtell was awful today, as were the majority of them. Honourable efforts from Nas and Kaufusi who I thought stood up well today and rarely took a backwards step, but the team effort was dreadful. There's no unity in this group of players

'Inspiration's is a good word. It sums up something intangible which makes a group of people believe in something no matter how irrational.

We seem to sum up the opposite. Timid, hesitant, self doubting. They're not great players but what we're seeing is less than the sum of its parts.

I've said it plenty of times this season, the players are all looking for someone else to do the hard work rather than take on the mantle of leader themselves.

I thought Fakir had started to show signs of taking on the role of pack leader and the others had lifted around him. I suspect we'll look more competitive down the middle once he's back. What to do about the backs is another question entirely as nobody seems to have stuck their hand up to drag them around.
