The admin is still be bound by employment law, so would have to pay their contract up (or come to an agreement with the player) which wouldn't save anything. Selling them or allowing them to leave for other clubs is the only way to let them go.

Let him go, as long as we can keep Donno, Addy, and a few of the younger guus we will have a solid base to bounce back from the championship, we are in for a tough season with plenty of thrashings but if we can keep a good nucleus of players to build around we will be back in the superleague in a year or 2 as long as the right guys take over.

We do know about them yes but not as much as the Bulls.

Probably just a case of getting a wage or possibly not getting a wage. Most clubs are probably up to cap so choice of where to go would be fairly limited.
Under normal circumstances the two guys we've got from Bradford would probably have never considered Wakefield but I suppose needs must. (bills, mortgage etc.). It's a win win for us as even if the players want to move on after one year at Wakefield, they've got to perform well in that year .to make them attractive propositions to other clubs.

Hope Bradford survive in some shape or form as the game can ill afford to lose any of it's professional and semi professional clubs.

Not sure what's so difficult to comprehend. Wakefield are obviously safe from relegation now, thanks to us internally combusting and London being their usual selves.
He can't go anywhere else because everyone else has spent up already.
So he goes to Wakefield where his wage is pretty much guaranteed barring some unforseen disaster, and leaves a club where he's probably already been paid late this season.

The 12 month deal leaves his options open at the end of this season. Wakey will struggle to keep him, Koukash will be after him for sure.

I wouldn't be sure of it being certain we're down. We have a good squad still, Blythe & Ferguson to come back. It's all going to depend on how many more players we lose and crucially for BOTH teams, injuries. Wakey still have a very thin squad. They lose Mcshane, they really are in trouble at hooker, if we lose any more props, we're in big trouble. For me the next4-6 weeks are crucial. If we can get wins against KR, Widnes, we can close the gap if not overtake Wakey who have tougher fixtures over that period. Morale in Bulls goes up, Wakey get jittery. However if we lose them games, Wakey get a bit of a gap, we could be in big big trouble.

I think the Catalans home game is a big game for Wakey as it is likely (unless Wakey beat Wigan) that both team could have 0 going in to that game. We have to take it game by game. A win tomorrow and it is likely we're only 2 points behind Wakey/

Well right now we have only three props and only one recognised halfback, currently with no owner, no money and no option of signing any new players.

Hull KR didn't look great last night but they will still walk all over us. A strong pack lay the platform for the rest of the team, this is essential to ANY side. And right now we have half the number of props that we should have - and one of the three we do have is only here for another couple of weeks (hopefully FC has already been on the phone to PA about an extension).

Any word yet on whether that's even allowed or do special measures put the kibosh on new or extended loans too?

I am sure the RFL will put a stop to any longer loans.

afaik you can loan players while in special measures. It's pretty much all you can do I think.
