Just done that myself, started around July time cycling 17k 3/4 a week and cut out drinking during the week and just ate sensible cutting potatoes out sometimes. By Dec I'd lost around 2st 5lb. Bought the away shirt in XL, could have done a L but I like some room to wear a t-shirt/jumper under!

It's a cliche but it's all about the exercise, I haven't altered my food diet that much and have a curry at the weekend without fail (I refused to give that up!!)

Cycling isn't for everyone though and I much prefer getting up on the hills for a walk and dragging the GF across some fields full of cow poop!! Good luck!

Weight gain/loss is all about calorie intake v exercise. Simples.

I could make some tee-shirts for about £6.50 each with a one colour print on. Any sizes.

Tee shirt for each member would be great idea, I wouldn't mind spending £6.50 / £10 to get one. We could make them unique, have a RAB logo on the front and each member could get a "squad" number on the back the same as the original list Wigan Bull complied, maybe even put your username over the number ala a team shirt... maybe I'm getting carried away....

A shirt presentation evening perhaps?

I have a feeling the more we print on the tee the higher the cost would be.

1st of August, those that PM me their "real name" will be put on a list to be submitted to the Bulls. (I have nowhere near 50 yet btw!!!)

You then pick your pass for the Coral stand up from the ticket office pre-game.

There is an area going to be set aside for us in the Coral stand with seating outside to watch the game. And most importantly, there will be a bar open in the very near vicinity!!!

On that basis, MDF would be "Number Two" and MBBB would be "Number six".

I think Mike would make a good Number Two, but more importantly MBBB could start a whole new long-running, riveting saga on here about his experiences as "Number Six"?

Anyone who doesn't know what on earth I am talking about is clearly not a child of the sixties...

I guess what we really need is a list of people who would be willing to buy a t-shirt, so we can compare it to the original list.
