We putting something together to go in the T&A and hope to back that up with regular articles. Connor, the T&A guy is very supportive of the trust.

One of the most effective mediums we have, as you allude to, is word of mouth, so please (everyone) keep spreading the word.

Remember, just by joining you're helping, but if you want to go a step further and offer some help, then attend the next meeting. the more man hours and money we can raise, the more we can improve things.

We were hoping to attract some publicity with an event we were organising for the academy, but unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to the academy fixture against Cas being moved. We are working on some publicity pieces for the paper, but to be honest there is no better publicity than word of mouth and personal recommendation, so if you're supportive of BullBuilder then please tell any other Bulls fans you know. The bigger we are, the stronger we are and the larger the difference we can make for our club.

What are your skills? Any ideas what you'd like to do?

The club are overestimating the perceived value of their tickets - hence the crowds. They also wrongly assume that the same existing fans would be utilising this offer. Ticket deals done with precision raise revenue not negate it. Naive at best.



Offer fans, say 3, product options, get retailer to create mock up of product, take pre orders (ensuring minimum order reached). Simple with effective viral marketing. Jesus wept.

Are the meetings just for the commitee or for general public too?

They are for anyone ready willing and able to help out, and prepared to make a few hard yards when needed. The more hands we have the better. The committee will be more formalised when we hold the first AGM, and the members get to vote on who they want to be the formal committee (or "Society Board", in posh speak) but even then it will still be a case of anyone ready willing and able to help please come!

Only caveat - Bullbuilder HQ isn't that large, so let folk know in advance so we don't struggle for space!

Although there is no way I can can get to many, I attended this last one for the first time as I thought I could add something, just a small bit of my time to do with the academy highlights, and even though I didn't know anyone I was made to feel welcome as its a bunch of well meaning fellow fans, so my advice would be to get along and see how you go......

This seems to be a bit of an urban myth for some reason.

ANYONE can get involved......it's not a special clique or anything like that......we are all just fans who want to help.

Even if you want to come and just have a listen before committing to anything, then do that!

We can't stress enough - the more people that can help = the more we can help the club.

Oh and debaser - that wasn't in anyway directed personally at you - I just think it's a perception people have!
