Without reading most of the last few pages,I think the Bulls are well within their rights to pursue this, I also think this is not Hulls fault.The player and the agent should be pursued.We have lost a very good player but think he certainly needs to learn a few lessons on how to go about things,lost all respect for him now.

Yes we all know that you can refuse be TUPE'd but it has to be done within a certain time and that is the whole crux the matter. You either accept or decline and then try look for other employ. You can't wander the country until you find another employer and the decide to decline. As said previously keeping company assets is seen as implied acceptance.

FACT) and he probably wants the situation cleared before he plays tomorrow.

IF, it is true, I'd take it, I'm pretty sure he used our contract offer in order to get more from Wire last summer, and felt he was stuck with us when wire didn't budge. I'd also guess he probably did honestly intend to make the best of it with us, but then with the admin and the loophole appearing he and his agent took the opportunity to get out to a destination he would probably have chosen over us had it been an option for him last summer.

From this point us and him are better off without each other and if this is a genuine offer we should take it, dress it up however the club want to, as a win for a tough stance or whatever, but move on, we have bigger concerns frankly than a player who's already gone.
