I think this is a good idea for a season ticket. I think it works like cashback (eg. quidco) but instead of getting cash you get points. I didn't look at how many pints you get. I can imagine the club would get a fair whack of money for doing this. Alot of small clubs do this (cashback though a website link), my cousins junior football team do it. If it gets a bit of money back into your club it can only be good thing.

It's virtually a cut and paste from last year.

Seriously though, I just wish the club would stick to what they said and not release new shirts every day for both home and away. One a year would be great.

I think when last year`s home shirt was kept for this season it`s the first time in the last ten or twelve seasons it`s happened. Both shirts have been changed every other season, because of new sponsor, or new shirt manufacturer, could have lost all the old ones, or more likely someone in marketing thought they`d get away with it again........................

The 2005 and 2006 home shirt were virtually the same bar a different collar.

I seem to remember them making the same promise a few years ago and not sticking to it too. Although that may have been the Logitog fiasco which meant it couldn't happen, I can't quite remember the details.

They made a two year rotation promise in 2001, but had to go back on it almost immediately when Skylark where not going to continue as shirt sponsor so we got a new home and away in 2002. Not sure they've actually promised 2 years per shirt design since but I could be wrong.
