Bryn has been consistently good since the Wigan home game, it's a shame he's likely to be missing from the Widnes game as we are now down to three props assuming Joseph wasn't too badly injured.
I was critical of Hargreaves last year but he has been more like the player he was at Saints this season and is currently showing why Potter signed him in the first place.

| Bryn had hold of JP's upper body & the ball all through that tackle & didn't change his hold at all. Heath on the other hand provided the lift which turned into rotation and couldn't maintain the hold. I assume it'll be Heath in trouble with the disciplinary? We'll get Bateman back just as we lose one of those 2.

| And what about Bateman after the game? He was celebrating like we'd won the GF! Now there's a wonderful thought. Really felt for him and Koppy in particular. Don't think there are many players anywhere in the whole game prouder to wear their home town jersey than those 2.
Really worried this morning now the adrenaline of the past week and the game has calmed down. It's one thing raising the 1st £500k, but it's a massive decision by the BOD to decide to cash in the pledges and continue trading. Wish I could watch last nights game again to kill the next 2.5 hours.
Many of us couldn't have done more. Just the waiting game left to play....

| I thought we had while mid April to stump up the money? I reckon we have easily made the target otherwise we'd be pushing the fundraising till the end of next week instead of announcing the total this morning.

Salaries are due 14 April. To know they can pay those they have to have funds for value straight after the bank holiday.

| But there is a decision to be made today based on whether we can move forward in the longer term. Hood has constantly maintained the responsible, and I believe legal standpoint that these pledges will not be called in if there is no sign of the remaining monies being found.
£500k doesn't secure our long term future.

| Quote ="Ewwenorfolk"Thankyou.
To the players for the effort. The never say die attitude in defence.
To the Rhinos fans & players. For contributing to a great night, one we can look back on as proud RL supporters.
Last but not least, to the Bulls fans. Great support tonight, maybe not the loudest ever but we turned up in numbers, we let the players hear us and I saw plenty of donations. What made my night was a lady asking for donations to 'save the bulls' near one of the burger vans behind the pop terrace. A little lad (7 or
said to his mum "can we save the bulls, I want to come again" This club has to be saved, so they can be lucky enough to experience what we already have. To see what this great club is capable of.
Have to mention Lulia, Hargreaves & Elima tonight. The first is rapidly becoming one of the best defensive centres in SL, and knows how to put his winger into space too. The last two have shown what we've been missing in the pack for years. [uIt was an awful tackle, but not intentional.[/u Bryn had an excellent game, and apart from losing his cool for a second so did Elima. The aggression is there again, and I believe it is down to them willing to fight for our club.
Sorry ewwenorfolk whichever way you paint it there no place for this sort of tackle in the game intentional or otherwise, you can expect to be without one or both of them for considerable amount of time i think.
Potter saying that he hopes the system works is just that hope !!

| Enjoyed the game, tense one full of emotion, even the announcer guy crying a little before the game. Bought my tickets, a programme, and chucked in a few notes to the collection bucket, even some spare change in the Top House bucket.
Good luck Bradford, after last night it would be impossible to imagine the game without you.
On a side note i'm back in London and started work at 8 and i'm f'kin knackered off 4 hours sleep.

His crap acting when "crying" while reading his script gave me the impression that he was trying to impress that bird from Emmerdale in the hope that there might be a part for him if his job goes down the toilet.

| This might seem daft but the thing I'll remember most about tonight is the sight of the entire squad chanting "Bradford" complete with all the claps and arms in the air, in front of the stand. Priceless.

| Just sometimes, you never know when, there comes a night (it's invariably a night), when you thank the rugby gods that they made you a RL fan so you were there. This was one of those nights.
If the Bulls are in your bones, then I'd say the admission money to get THAT feeling and experience THOSE emotions and feel THAT good and THAT proud at the end must have been worth a grand at least.

I bet the irony of that was not lost on "Boom Boom" but he was good at leading the Team with various types of handclaps to the Fans in the Glory Years!

Funnily enough, the same thoughts of Macca and the 'claps' went through my mind as I was walking home.
