| If rumours are to be believed the RFL have provided bank accounts, money for ground upkeep and are now paying for the academy.
In effect Nigel Wood is running the Bulls
This explains everything.

Especially why the bars didn't have any pies until half way through the season.

I would say the opposite. It explains nothing. Is it all a dream?

| I've been hoping it was all a dream for just over a year now, it gets more surreal every day and I'm not just talking about the Bulls.

If what redeverready and some other on other boards are suggesting is actually true (14 team sl and restructuring of the second tier with some sort of franchise/licencing) then I'd remember when you posted that if I were you, I wonder how close you might be?
On cha-lo, my very sceptical benefit of the doubt is pretty much gone. It's clear they don't have the means to finance or run the club at anything over and above the absolute minimum to fulfill the rfl fixture list and for us to restart, again, next year. Miserable.

| While sat in the car I was listening to BCB and he said Big Nige had emailed him as a reply to a question clearly stating that next season there are minimal changes to the system and it will be 2019 when the changes come in. Woods also said the bottom two clubs will definitely go down.
So there we do have confirmation that there is no secret plan for us. Mick says he has it in writing so I can't see other clubs allowing anything else happening. No wonder Sheffield don't want us to have Chisholm till it is nearly too late.
I have always been very confident but after today and the last few games that confidence is fast disappearing and being replaced with the concern of certain relegation. The Dewsbury game in two weeks in massive.
If we hadn't just being saved from obscurity I would be expecting rumours of the club being in serious financial condition but surely that won't happen so soon after admin 3 --- would it?

Believe Mick if you want but it's common knowledge among Rugby league change is coming and it's not going to be liked by certain clubs.

| The longer this goes on (the silence) the more I think there is an endgame already decided. The fatman is behind something. Why turn down better offers to buy the club by various parties to put these two in place, one even had to re-mortgage his house to raise the money we were told. I still think the ground is the key and the RL and the fatman want it for themselves and not let anybody else take advantage of it, so they put two puppets in place. Meanwhile the club is being let to die, like the whole game with it being run by Fatty and his cohorts.

| Same here. I notice Ethan Ryan is being looked at by Leigh. Brandan Wilkinson also attracting attention.
Wouldn't blame them for a second if they left.
Chalmers is obviously just being paid to fulfil fixtures until some sort of endgame is sorted out which may be bright if you listen to some or may be oblivion if you listen to others.
Whichever it turns out to be it makes carrying on going to watch 50 point stuffings this season a pointless exercise. The owners obviously aren't serious about improving things this season and that attitude is starting to show on the field and on the terraces as people vote with their feet. There will be lucky to be 2000 at the Dewsbury game. Lose that and we'll be below 1000 per game before long and that's it then.

| Dewsbury is away isn't it, which could just about kill our season as it won't be an easy place to get any points, especially since we are so low on confidence and form.
Think next game at Odsal is Fev, so anther stuffing at home to whet the appetite.

| Is it away? Shows how much attention I pay now!
Interestingly I was talking to someone in the Southbank yesterday who was at the Fev match and spoke to Richard Moore afterwards. He apparently said they eased up on the Bulls in the latter part of the game as he felt it was being too hard on the kids, some of whom looked physically scared.
When you hear things like that you wonder what the point of this charade is other than to save the embarrassment of the RFL.

| I can't see the team that was on the park yesterday winning another game all year, and it's absolutely down to the physicality of the opposition compared to our youngsters - lets not forget even the loanees are still kids. London ran through us yesterday, almost at will.
I've said it before and I stand by it, they are risking their careers playing week in week out given the potential of being badly hurt against grown men, and they'd be mad to not be looking elsewhere in the absence of any comms from our placeholder owners.
I say placeholder, as I'm now convinced that's exactly what they are, one of them used his programme notes yesterday to tell us all about his lunch in Auckland, seriously WTF!

| Lowe's column is a joke. Chalmers is invisible. You have to wonder if Beattie and the players get a similar response from them. It would explain how enthusiasm seems to have dropped away in the past 5-6 weeks. Why put your body on the line if you're not getting the backing of those in charge.
Signing loan players and duel reg players just means you lack continuity and also there is less commitment.
I suspect trouble brewing behind the scenes. Still no card machine in the shop. Attendances dropping off if there were really 3633 supporters there yesterday they must have been queuing up at the bar or something for 80mins.

For me it's all psychological rather than Physical right now. We had some superb wins this season with a team probably younger on average than the one yesterday. Right now we are shot confidence wise. As i said on the other forum, just go back to basics with the big men like Oledzki and Peltier running straight and as hard as they can. I'm still holding out hope as we've still all the bottom teams to play and that one win and getting on zero will release all the pressure and all the crap currently on these young players shoulders. The question is where are these wins going to come from. Dewsbury away is going to be be tough. It will be a horrible game to play in as well.

| We lack leaders on the field. Pryce is crocked and Moore will be gone soon. We got a taste of what it will be like. Lilley was the one doing all the talking under the sticks. He's just a kid himself.
Can't see where the next win is coming from.
