Atmosphere is good, especially if its like away games.

Any Leeds chants, when we're not playing Leeds, or any 'shooting the scum', or chants with severe language however, then no.

On the bulls website wayne godwin each week posts a little blog about the week around the bulls camp,
he said 'I thought the support at the Galpharm was sensational and I hope we can generate that noise at home this week. It really makes a difference and the roar of the crowd went a long way to making ‘Fortress Odsal' in the early years of Super League and I'd like to think we can get that again. Good for the players but they are being paid to be there not the other way around. Some of us just want a bit of entertainment and a chance to relax before another stressful week at work.

That's why there's a family stand



Seriously though nobody is going to force you to chant, i'm sure people are quite happy for you to sit there quietly with a beer, were talking about getting together the people who do want to chant

Or some of us want to let off a bit of steam after a stressful week at work!

Why should I have to pay extra to sit in the stand? If some of us want to stand quietly why should we feel marginalised?

If I want to stand on the popular side motionless and in complete silence then I bloody well will!!!!

Of course an atmosphere makes for a better game.

Sometimes Odsal borders on being embarrassingly quiet.

As someone else stated new and different chants that are communicated to as many fans as possible would be a start.

The atmosphere at a Chelsea game is completely the opposite, you almost feel daft for NOT signing! You'd certainly be in the minority.

The one man went to mow, went to mow meadow is pretty much the Chelsea signature song, which goes on a while and is easy to get involved with. That one song alone ensures plenty of noise for lengthy periods.

There was a wink by the post for a reason, I was winding you up. Of course you are entitled to stand on the Popular Side in perfect silence, just don't expect everybody else to. As I said, nobody will force you to join in.

Why doesn't everybody who wants to chant/clap etc. group in the bit of the popular terrace behind above/behind the players tunnel? Get some noise created and get behind the lads.

Just wondering. Is there anywhere that runs a choir these days, you know, other than the cathedral that is??

Why should the singers get to stand by the players tunnel. Surely the singing end is better in the corner between the away fans and the stand. I can enjoy a pint in piece whilst watching the rugby then.

Do you think there is any correlation between the atmosphere at Bradford around the millenium & success? Similarly Chelski & their current wannabe mockney fans? Perhaps we should be told.

Three things:

1. I don't think it's limited to Chelsea, it seems that footie fans are more fanatical and "the norm" is to chant and sing

2. The Chelsea games were this way pre Russian billionaires!!

3. A Bulls atmosphere has never got near the level of a Chelsea atmosphere IMO, even from 2000-2005

I was into singing in those days but that was before I had my lung removed.

I've got my stereo! if you're on about my ipod, I'd likely have that on me, so again I think that chant would be erroneous

My stereo was confiscated by the environmental health noise reduction team on the authority of a court order. The bloke that took it came from Baildon.

ewwenorfolk had a great idea everyone should stand rite behind the tunnel about 3/4 of the way up who is wanting to sing i for one will be there trying to kick start some atmosphere this sunday come on you bulls !!!!!!
