Yeah like rushing out of the line against Giants and Wigan spring to mind.

They didn't cost us the whole game, we were poor in both of those, with errors from other players aswell. Burgess springs to mind when I think of the Wigan game (not sure if i'm right in thinking that though). When he's been good he's been excellent, but I do have to admit, most of the time he's been awful, especially in defence.

So going on that reasoning how did his tries win the games against Leeds and Saints as other players contributed.

What I meant was, I -and many others- were so thrilled with those 2 wins -and the manner of them- alone, that has made him worth a little more than just discarding him.

TBH this sums the whole season up perfectly. An average player who wouldn't normally get near the team is tolerated because of a few tries.

I'm not saying I tolerate his whole season, just acknowledging that he has been good in patches -like the whole team-, this is not the type of player I want at my club, and I've already said i'd rather keep Cook, but we should at least acknowledge some good displays if we can, unlike with Sheriffe who's only made a couple of good breaks all seaosn.

He hasn't had good displays he's had good patches in games but they've been few and far between. The most of the time he's been rubbish like most suggested he would be.

I suppose Worrincy is the ultimate enigma - An awesome physical presence, but no idea how to use it.

think worrincy will improve and think hes not as bad as some people make out a really nice guy and will work till a standstill for his team

people seem to forget how crap big les was in his 1st season at the bulls and look wat a player he turned into

Worrincy is lazy and he's been terrible this year. He won't improve. Might be a good guy, but that doesn't make him into a good player.

There's a difference between players like Les, and Mick Worrincy, players like Les have quality, players like Mick lack it.

to be honest think alot of players not just mick have been bad this season even our super star burgess has been poor this season

nah hes been poor and at times not look interested as played well for england on big stage then came back to bulls and played average if it had have been anyone else they would have played a few weeks in the reserves

He certainley hasn't been poor enough to warrant a spell in the reserves, I think yopiu're overreacting there a bit. Not to the high standard he's previously set himself, I agree. But along way from poor.

Worrincy will never be anything more than a headless chicken in my books. He's got pace and strength, but he's lazy and lacks a real good rugby brain.

Karl Pryce anyone?? Although I think at the time the accusation was that he lacked heart. Also see Chris Feather, although he has improved since he left.

If Worrincy went down injured whenever someone breathed on him, he would be Karl Pryce Mk II.

Except Karl knows how to play rugby.
