With the BullBulider trust now going ahead, I think the points here should be raised / discussed / suggested to Stuart through the trust in a regular, more formalised way.

I'm happy to sit down with Stuart to present the ideas, along with anyone else from the working group.

Would this not move the Trust somewhat away from the focussed, "single issue" approach that we discussed? Your suggestion would start to send the trust a bit down the old BISA route that we all agreed was not desirable?

Maybe we could elect (on here) Wiggy - sorry, one or more representatives of the RAB community - to engage in a - separate - regular dialogue on behalf of the RAB community?

Might be worth just discussing that at the next meeting to be honest. It's something we could potentially do, but not to a large extent. Kind of "we'll pass the question/concern on to the club for you and if they answer, filter it back, but we're not badgering them over it". And in any case, doing that could be a "Trust member benefit"?

I reckon this is more of a rab thing than a trust thing. Not that it matters much either way.

I think the main thing is that most of these have been up ages. I know a lot of them are mine but it would be good to hear from the club why they aren't doing any of the list you put together, especially Andrea's eBay idea. There might be valid reasons but if they don't say it just looks like a refusal to try new things.

Quins now have a highlights reel on YouTube. Seems like sky dont have a problem with that. Are we even enquiring as to whether we can use any of the many many highlights of the super league era and before to advertise the club? If not hy not?

OK everyone, the hard work starts now!

Next meeting of the working group is at the slightly later time of 7:30pm on Tuesday in the MEDIA ROOM. Lots to discuss - the constitution, the website, the launch event, membership cards, discount scheme, academy promotion, media strategy etc, so I think we'll be trying to set up 'task groups' to handle each aspect.

I've sent out emails to all those who offered their assistance on Wednesday inviting them to check here and join the google group, so hopefully they'll be a few more people willing to help out.

Hi, sorry to interupt, but the meetings actually in the new 'Youth Cafe' situated opposite the ticket office.

Isn't that the room until very recently known as the Media Room?

(Presume you are the Sharon listed in the Who's Who on the Bulls site?)

It's probably me that's caused the confusion, I was thinking of the media room in the Coral Stand. To clear this up, yes the Youth Cafe is the old media room, for those of you that may have been to Duffy's office, use the same external door.

Sorry to come late into the party but I didn't see where I could help out until now.
I read on the minutes that you need a website and hosting sorting. - I'm happy to host the website for FREE. I am a reseller for streamline.net and I have some spare capacity on my account.

I can do whatever you need to help get the website up and running from merely giving someone the FTP details through to helping with CMS, contact form scripts etc.

I don't really do design, so I'll leave the photoshopping to someone else!

Hope this helps and if time allows (bearing in mind I'm in Derbyshire, not Bradford), I'll play a more active role.
