From what the club have been saying and the way Heath was promoting the pledge, it looks like he will the skipper. Not a problem for me, very passionate and very vocal.

Dual captaincy seems like the right optition... normally 1 of them are on the field, some times both for short periods. Disko is very vocal and can see him constantly putting rockets up the players when they need it, something that we havent really had with Lynch, nothing against him just he seems too nice

Both lead from example and get cheers from the crowd everytime they make yards! will really encourage other players to lift there game. seems like the simple answer but can bet your life it wont happen.

Choose out of L'Estrange, Disko & Elima for me. Add in Morrison if he comes back.

I always thought Heath would be next seasons captain ever since he was the one giving the marketing speech at the half time when we promoted the new pledge scheme! Vocal and leads from the front, might not be on the pitch all game but will be for 75% as him and Diskin tend to play together for the last quarter!

I suspect we may have a joint leadership setup if we don't have a stand out candidate who is on the pitch for the majority of the game.

It is probably far from ideal that the Captain is off the field for half the game, when warnings etc are issued to a few different people throughout the game though.

Depends who else we sign, but of who we have at the club at the moment I'd say L'Estrange and Diskin should share it.

L'Estrange is a good choice. Diskin's discipline let's him down at times

If we ARE re-signing Morrison, then I'd be happy for him to get the captaincy.

If not, then L'Estrange is the best choice we have from the players currently at the club.

I think we're quite spoiled for choice, all of the (serious) names mentioned would be fine for me, though of those actually at the club right now I'd go for Heath as my choice, Elima and Disko would be in with a definite shout though.
