It was a shoulder charge trying to stop a try,Greg didn't have time or the room to tackle Williams copy book style, I agree a shoulder charge is an offence which is why Greg was sin binned in NO way did Greg strike out at Williams.As for Higson it WAS wrong what he did , but again look at the match footage and you will see a few more punches being thrown by Bulls players as well.As for Saint Chevron Walker the guy spent the whole of the second half moaning and making professional fouls.

Very true. To be honest, thought both teams were as bad as each other.

Leigh were just too bothered about big hits and making an impression first half, but settled down and played excellent stuff in the second.

Just watched the Williams/McNally incident back. I'd expect Higson's cowardly punch on Williams whilst his back was turned will land him in some bother.

Its one thing players having a bit of a bash but definitely cowardly going at a player while his back is turned like that ... poor !!

Well fortunately, a lot of what he said was picked on on a live radio commentary and went out to the public.

The station got plenty of complaints, the RFL are aware and investigating.

That said - to be fair - many Leigh fans have already distanced themselves from his behaviour.

Despite all the arguing (at all levels) - still right enjoyed it.

Everyone's quit concentrating on the game and are splitting off into their own little battles that run and run. Seems to be Leigh's thing.

Haven fans are a solitary bunch! A lot of their fans are on havenfans.co.uk but it is 'members only' i'm afraid. There are one or two on here though from time to time.

It's been a long-standing 'joke' amongst Championship fans that there's no such thing as a forward pass in SL. You must have seen one or two go unpunished in previous seasons? It's all this technical stuff about the angle of the passers' wrists when he releases the ball, but I would much prefer to say that, if the ball ends up in front of where it's passed from, then surely it's gone forward?

(by the way I am in no way disputing your opinion on that incident as I haven't seen the replay of it yet)

Thanks for the reply and like I tried to say this isn't posted as a bitter Bull more staggering disbelief as to how he missed it bearing in mind he was in the perfect position. Not even sure we can blame camera angles on this one?
