Shes threatening legal action against anyone stating its because of finances & has said this morning `the chef has quit the bulls too` .. Not good for business all the negativity. I cant help but feel there's more to all of this.. One thing Jay Willey did was being `hands on`. Shes been working up at the club since she sited interest, Kate Hardcastle other than a fashion show i havent heard much from.

Looking at her her background in business she seems to have a similar business pedigree as Peter hood and her business appears to be in administration. Better off without her and her baggage.

Maybe she offered 100k for quite a sizeable chunk of the club maybe 10-20% and the board told her to shove it

On that facebook group you have a number of people who have either completely and utterly believed every word Jay has said about events, or taken the polar oposite position of calling her a horse-faced liar.

I haven't read a single thing that enables me to form an opinion either way.

It's a murky old world is business, and despite all the mentions of being 'a fan', and of 'glitz' and 'glamour' that's [iexactly[/i what all this is.

JW is associated with one or more businesses, which according to the press, are involved in legal processes, so there is some 'baggage' attached. Maybe we'll find out the truth behind what's going on or, most likely, we wont, but either way round, if there is a problem it's better there is a parting before she becomes too integrated and if there isn't, well, it'll be disappointing but you don't miss what you've never had.

Maybe, maybe not: I am not sure what that would be of commercial worth to her.
Nevertheless She has made some damming comments about OK and his administration of the club.
ATM OK and the Club will not probably make comments so as to down play the situation.
But I sense that there are more details yet to come out

Whatever has or hasn't happened, discussing it on Facebook is not at all professional. It's the equivalent of office gossip and pity partying and has no place in business. I'd rather our directors/ potential directors didn't air their dirty laundry in public.

So what has happened for those of us who are not on Facebook?

People criticised her on a Bulls supports Facebook page for being publicity-hungry and suggested she never intended to invest the £100k. She posted a rather emotional response, repeatedly using the word 'bullied' and suggested that she has information that would bring the club to its knees. She made a few other unsubstantiated accusations, such as the other directors being drunk or starting drinking at 11am.

In my experience, as someone who regularly deals with director disputes, she comes across as emotionally unstable. Whether she has been badly treated or wasn't someone the other directors wanted around, who can say? However, I agree with the poster above; airing these issues on social media is unprofessional.

I would say that young uns disclose all their private life on Facebook as soon as things happen,but she should know better at 40 odd year old

On a totally unrelated matter, could all future directors and/or investors be sent for psychiatric testing prior to announcement?

I understand that 2 days ago, coincidentally just when we were suffering the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune from Jay W, the Kardashians decided to re brand their makeup range, to Kardashianbeauty (or some such dross) to save themselves the $10m that Lee Tillet, the owner of the Kroma brand was claiming due to a branding violation by the 2 or 3Ks. (that's the latest on the story anyway, you can tune in for some more priceless drivel anytime you wish!)

Maybe that's why Jay is falling on the sword, and nothing to do with the Bulls at all???

$10million whilst being a small sum in global business terms may have been the difference Lee Tillet was looking for to further invest in her niche market cosmetic range?

The way she's handled this situation using social networking outlets as a way of bad mouthing the club makes me glad she's no longer associated with us. Very unprofessional.

I wouldn't doubt that, but to be honest, I doubt we'll hear much about what is all behind it. Hopefully it will be all blown over by the next forum anyway, and sleeping dogs are best left undisturbed - for the benefit of all sides, except maybe the lawyers..
