Well, fairly obvious he has signed a contract with Hull. Has the RFL transferred his registration over yet? No word from them or Bulls yet.

Someone tweeted this morning (think it was Ross Heppenstall) that the RFL would have no problem registering him as a Hull player.

It seems that he's signed for Hull and it's been accepted by the RFL. Silence from Bradford suggests no compensation.

With all the tales of players committed to the cause and working on so much good faith through bad times for the club, it's to be expected there'll be one or two at the opposite end of that particular scale. Carvell was clearly one of them.

Carvell's formal signing confirmed all over the place. Except, not by Bulls, and not in the Bradford local paper. Not a peep. Though there is a small article saying we've got Chris bridge's kid brother on a month loan, mentioning the Carvell confirmation only in passing. It's weird, but pretty normal. I suppose the silence means we can assume we got royally screwed as anticipated.

I expect him to be honest from the start . In December he went to Widnes looking for contract but they couldn't sign him as they spent up . I expect him to put his hand up when the board said any players who want to leave can go instead of waiting till the new board announce all players are ring fenced then try to squirm out.
