Just look where the touch judge is stood for the pass to the winger for penultimate try, think it is mcnallys. He goes on outside of Ulugia but touchie is bang in line and misses it. Not bagging officials but what is he looking at? Must be 2 yards forward

Walker would have been about 14 when Lowes left Leeds. I don't think they'll have ever been at the same club until last year.

Impressive that Ulugia managed to score without being on the pitch. That definitely should have been disallowed.

Speaking of fools, did you by any chance catch Derek Beaumont's pre-game comments of "I f'c'ing hate you cun@ting filth willy toilet bumholes", followed by his insightful half time comments of "F@ck@n scum buckets a@seholes toilet w@nk". And then at the final whistle when he eruditely pointed out that "You flanges are f@cki@ fat@rsed smelly gibbon c@ntblasters!"

I wasn't looking from a Bulls POV just staggered from the touchudges line of sight how he missed a blatant forward. I will look at The try you mention but the camera is on the wrong side so won't really show it. I would have made same comment if it was a bulls try, just staggered he missed it. Just watch it without any any kind of club bias, it beggars belief

Watched game again last night on LCTV it was not a dirty game a bit niggle and stop start.Only real dirty play was from bulls number 7 on Barlow in the 1st half,think he will get a ban

As a fan of team A I watched the game back and ENTIRELY NEUTRALLY thought team B were mainly to blame. Didn't See team A do anything wrong.

Watched it again, the Purtell try was 50-50. I thought that Higson got himself between the ball and the ground (but then again I would!), and the high shot was 50-50. I'd be annoyed if they went against Leigh, but not the blatant display of refereeing bias some are accusing the ref of. Plus, there was a forward pass in one of the Leigh late tries (either Kay or McNally's)

However, the comments from Lowes, Walker and Gaskell were pretty poor. When a side says they've been dragged down, they're just making excuses for losing a game they expected to win. Leigh do play aggressively, and went too far in the first half and were penalised to high heaven for it. Ended up 20-6 down as a result. And when talking about niggle, a mention needs to go to Siejka as well. Was at it all game, and challenge on Barlow should've seen red. There were also a couple of holding down challenges towards the end that could easily have been sin binned.

Well, that's as unbiased view as I could give as a Leigh fan. Could've gone either way and you were on the wrong end of a couple of decisions, but arguments that the ref cost you the game, or that all the niggling / dirty play was all one way is nonsense.

Someone should post an audit log of the punches because I'm struggling to remember each and every one. For example, I can't work out who was the first player to break his hand punching someone with their back turned.

Higson will get a ban for his punch, so should Williams, and Siejka (sp?) should get a ban for the shot on Barlow.

It's this "We've done nothing wrong, it was their fault sir" attitude that's coming out of Bradford that annoys me. Grapes have gone sour.

Be a realist, this is the Bradford Bulls players passing comment for their audience of Bradford Bulls fans. On the Leigh forum you will spot any number of entrenched fans suggesting Leigh did literally nothing wrong.

Danny Williams defiantly threw the first punch at McNally the incident was right in front of me ,Williams took offence to McNally shoulder charge on him to stop him scoring in the corner,McNally was sin binned for the this.

From what I've seen, that could be correct. May be others who threw punches in the melee too, but certainly those names spring to my mind when bans are spoken of.




To be fair, looking at the thread, it looks like the reason that photo was put on in the first place was due to a Leigh fan having that same attitude and that it was only "a bit of niggle".


I think there's plenty of blinkers from plenty of directions after games like that.

There you go then. McNally was binned for the late shoulder charge, Williams was binned for reacting with a punch. Job done.

Then Higson broke his hand punching Williams from behind. He may get a ban for that, but doesn't matter as he's out for 4-6weeks anyway.
