The simple fact is that expenditure grossly exceeded income, and this deficit was not underwritten. Hence administration occurred. Had expenditure and income been more closely aligned, the company may have been able to continue trading.

I think though that the weight of speculation as to why the last Bulls went tits is much more to do with a power struggle, and a way of removing OK? And it is without a doubt that ther must have been SOME preparation in advance, since a prepack was done selling the business on the same day as it went into admin.
